EMDR Therapy
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a powerful, research-backed approach designed to help process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and deeply rooted patterns. Rather than simply talking through experiences, EMDR helps your brain reprocess what’s been “stuck,” allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and ease.
EMDR can be helpful for:
Trauma and PTSD
Anxiety and panic
Negative self-beliefs
Childhood or relational wounds
Many clients find that EMDR helps them experience relief, especially when past experiences continue to impact the present.
Perinatal Mental Health
The transition into parenthood, whether during pregnancy or postpartum, can be both meaningful and overwhelming for one or both parents. I provide compassionate, specialized support for individuals navigating the emotional complexities of this stage.
This work may include:
Prenatal anxiety or depression
Postpartum mood and anxiety disorders
Birth trauma
Identity shifts and relationship changes
Fertility challenges or pregnancy loss
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you’re experiencing.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body. Stress, trauma, and emotional experiences are often stored physically, not just mentally. This approach helps you tune into your body’s signals and release tension in a safe, gradual way.
Through somatic work, you can:
Build awareness of your body’s responses
Regulate your nervous system
Reduce chronic stress and overwhelm
Develop a deeper sense of safety and grounding
This work is especially helpful if you feel “stuck,” disconnected, or find it difficult to access emotions through words alone.
